Sea Base Update!!!

Greeting Parents & Crew:
We are getting precariously close to our departure.
A few things we need to take care of before we leave. All of these are extremely important.

Don’t forget :
Health Form & Photocopy of both sides of Insurance Card Dive Booties
Sun Glasses ( don’t forget a strap or I will show them how to make one from string)
Hat
Sleeping Bag & Pad (for Big Munson Island)
Photo ID & proof of age. (Required by TSA & FSB)
Fishing License (mandatory for 16 & older) http://myfwc.com/license.html
Money for Key West & Ship’s Store (they will buy their own lunch & museum admissions in Key West)
Perscriptions (FSB does not require a prescription form)
Youth cell phones will be allowed during travel and they will be allowed to take them to Key West the day of our outing. They will be collected and secured during the time we are at Sea Base.
Electronics for travel only (I-Pods & gameboys) .
Travel will be in full class A uniform (pants & shirt)
All participants to bring and wear a red troop t-shirt for photos & our day in Key West.
Council Shoulder Patches (I hope to have them at Tuesday's meeting) will need to be sewn-on before we leave.
I have purchased some Bonine (sea sickness) for the Troop first-aid kits as well as a 2 large bottles of sun block. Each person should still bring their own supply of sun block to carry with them for day use.
Bug dope is important, not only Deet for 'skeeters but a broad spectrum repellant for sand fleas & no-see-ems. (I will bring some)

I still need a few more drivers for drop-off & pick-up. Please contact me if you are willing to drive.
