Driver information needed!

If you drive to and from campouts, or anytime you may transport a scout, the troop needs to know some basic information to fulfill the council regulations.

Please get with Mr. Vertel and provide

1. Your Name
2. Your Date of Birth
3. Your driver's license number
4. The year, make & model of the vehicle or vehicles you may use to drive to the events
5. The owner of each vehicle you list
6. The number of seatbelts in the vehicle
7. The level of insurance coverage for liability for each person, liability for each accident, and property damage (example $100,000, $300,000, $100,000)
