Special Patrol Leaders Council TONIGHT

Sorry for the short notice, but I'm scheduling a Patrol Leaders Council meeting for TONIGHT, Thursday the 24th, night at the Troop Room from 6:30 to 8:00. If a patrol leader cannot attend, please ask your assistance patrol leader to attend.

I will bring pizza and pop to the meeting.

If any adult can attend the meeting to provide two-deep leadership, please let me know.

Troop meeting April 22 notice

As a reminder, the BeaverSnake Patrol should arrive tomorrow night at 6:00 PM for a tree removal service project at the church. Scouts from other patrols are welcome to help.
The regular meeting will start at 7:00 PM and end at 8:30 PM.

Troop Meeting April 16 - Summer Camp. Parents Too!

All Troop 1610 Troop parents are invited and encouraged to attend next weeks Tuesday night Troop meeting. The meeting agenda will include a brief overview of summer camp, the mini-high adventure South Manitou Island, and our annual Friends of Scouting presentation.

We still need more parents to attend summer camp and/or volunteer to transport Scouts up and back from camp. If you can help, please let me know.

Directions to Waterloo for April Camp

Here are the directions to the cabins for the April camp.

Take I606 west to I275 South
Take I275 South to M14
Take M14 to exit 45 which is I94
Take I94 to exit 153
Off of exit turn right
Go approximately 4 miles to Loveland Rd and turn right on Loveland. There is a red barn at Loveland Rd.
Follow Loveland until you come to a brown sign at a fork in the road that states Burns Frontier Cabins. You will want to go left on the fork, which will take you to the parking area right next to the cabins.

Originally planned as a cabin camp it has been changed to tents in spirit of the cooking\hiking theme. Please plan accordingly. More details at Tuesdays meeting.
