June mini high adventure camp on South Manitou island

This year the troop will be returning to South Manitou island, part of the Sleeping Bear National Seashore. The island entirely a wilderness and is a wonderful place to camp, hike and enjoy the outdoors. This only comes around every few years and should not be missed!

Life to Eagle Scout Workshop Revised Date to June 3rd before troop meeting.

The "Life to Eagle Scout Workshop" has been rescheduled for Tuesday June 3rd, 2008 5:30pm to 7:00pm immediately before the troop meeting. It is extremely important that all Life scouts in the troop attend. Mr. Manidok will be conducting the workshop and will cover everything a Life scout needs to know to get them from Life rank to Eagle Scout rank. The meeting will be held in the troop room. We have a PLC meeting scheduled for May 29th from 6:30 to 8:00 at the Troop Room. If you are the Patrol Leader and cannot attend, please arrange for your Assistant Patrol Leader to attend.

Tonight's troop meeting

As a reminder, TONIGHTS night's meeting will be held at Starr Jaycee Park (one block east of Crooks on 13 Mile Road). We will meet directly at the park from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM and are playing soccer. Please wear sneakers, no cleats

May 20th Meeting

The troop meeting on May 20th will be held at Starr Park for Soccer. No cleats for any players. If weather is good then we will meet at the church.

Tuesday 5-13 Troop meeting

As a reminder, the Troop will meet at Marias Park to play kickball tomorrow night. The park is located at the NE corner of Marias and Vinsetta. The park is located between Crooks and Main on the north side of Vinsetta.
Vinsetta crosses Crooks two blocks south of the church.

We will plan the menu for this weekend's campout during the meeting.
