Upcoming Campout Information

In addition to the Troop calendar on our website and the monthly permission slips, I have put together a campout spreadsheet HERE that is attached for everyone to have for planning purposes.

On the campout page you will see:

* Campout dates & locations (Except May which is TBD)
* Estimated Costs - Some upcoming campouts have higher costs due to estimated gas cost on distant locations or activity fees (rental/lift fees, tickets, etc.)
* A Family Campout - The Committee voted the June campout as a family campout, stay tuned for additional details.

On the Cash flow page I put together expected upcoming payments for the remainder of the campouts, except May, and when they would be do, using the estimated costs on the campout page. I put this together for myself to help with cash flow planning I am doing in my household, and figured some of you may like to have this for any planning you may need to do.

Dear Scouts and Parents of Troop 1610,

Thank you for the time and effort you spent helping me complete my Eagle Project, I honestly could not be more grateful for the many hours you all spent helping me with my bottle drive, and painting the signs, and ofcourse installing the signs at Tenhave Woods.

Thanks Again,
Eric
